This option allows you to set an amount to charge for the first item from the group and then an amount to charge each additional item. To create a $10 per item ship cost, put $10 in both fields.
In the above example:

If there is 1 item the ship cost is $10
If there are 2 items the ship cost is $20
If there are 3 items the ship cost is $30

Switch to Table Based to create an items table.
In the above example:
When there is 1 to 9 items, charge $10
When there is 10 to 19 items, charge $20
When there is 20 or more items, charge $30
